Gear It Up Communications, Inc. is a Michigan Corporation. The company was founded by L. D. Geer, an advertising and communications expert with over three decades of experience.

For over 50 years Mr. Geer has been working and vacationing in West Michigan, where the company is located.

Internet Services

Gear It Up Communications began developing and managing web sites in 1996. Today the company offers design, hosting and marketing services & has developed a network of community information web sites Promoting Michigan Business.

Our customers have ranged from small resort and service businesses, to national medical device product companies.

Many of our customers have started with a simple web site which has allowed them to establish an internet presence. As they experienced the power of the Internet we customized their site adding increased functionality and services.

Gear It Up Marketing Communications applies it's years of design and marketing experience to every site development.

Before there was a World Wide Web, Mr. Geer was developing Advertising and Marketing Communications peripherals and was a pioneer in electronic pre-press production applications.

Experience with desktop publishing and traditional pre-press production covers three decades. Gear It Up can provide you with design services for advertising, or we can incorporate web sales into an existing site.

  Attented Ferris State College, West Shore Community College and University of Phoenix.
  Received a Degree in Journalism. Additional studies in Advertising, Marketing, Management, Computer Science and Business Administration.
